If any man thirst, let him come unto me and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (Joh 7:37-38 KJV)
I have highlighted on the agenda where we have been. Now, in Part Five we will talk about a new beginning. The last two parts we have gone through (Parts Three and Four) are really the events that lead up to this day of eternity, Shemini Atzeret.
We saw in the last two sessions, the events that happened were put there so we could see what really is going to happen and what events will unfold when this Eighth Day actually comes to realization. In Part Five we will look at the prophetic timeline as it applies to eternity. Keep in mind this is all about the Eighth Day of the Feast of Tabernacles or the Eighth Day after the Feast of Tabernacles.
Eternity
The Eighth Day is all about a New Beginning and in the first part of this series, after looking at the scriptures, I talked a little about what eight represents regarding the background and the history of the Eighth Day,
The number eight represents a new beginning, a new order, or a new creation. We see that in the scripture in a number of places. It’s actually pretty stunning when you start looking at the number eight and where it appears in the scriptures. The new beginnings are put into YHWH’s calendar in several different ways. You don’t find the Eighth Day being represented after the seventh day because the weekly cycle is a seven day cycle. If you think about it, if you say what the eighth day is, it is actually the first day of a new week, so the eighth day after seven days is when the new week starts. We start a new cycle of weeks, and the eighth day after seven weeks in the springtime when we are counting to the day of Shavuot or Pentecost. The eighth year after seven years of sabbatical cycles would be seven times seven or forty nine years, and the eighth year after that last and final cycle is the Jubilee.
When we look at this from a calendar standpoint, we see that the weeks, months and years all have a similar property when you go to the eighth day, or the eighth year. We see it represents something significant in YHWH’s plan.
Here are a couple of times in Peter that the family of Noah is talked about in terms of there being eight people in it, and when we look at the number eight in the scriptures specifically we find that there were eight souls saved by water – 1 Pe 3:20 Of course this is talking about Noah and his family consisting of eight people.
Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of YHWH waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. (1Pe 3:20 KJV)
YHWH spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person (2Pe 2:5 KJV)
What happened when the Ark landed? Well they stepped onto a new earth, the earth had been flooded and the old system needed to be destroyed because it had become so corrupt and evil. There was a new order, a new regenerated world in Noah’s time. It was regenerated by water and Peter talks about that. Eight of them were saved out from that.
Circumcision – Abrahamic covenant token has to do with the eighth day.
And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations – (Gen 17:12 KJV)
Of course the covenant that was given at Sinai and Moab was part of the covenant ordinance of what we call the Old Covenant and we find that in Leviticus 12.
Priestly consecration – beginning of new Aaronic ministry was completed on the eighth day. Leviticus 8 and 9, talks about the seven days of consecration of the priests that were out of Aaron’s line – Leviticus 8:31-36.
And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel – (Lev 9:1-20 KJV) And then what happened?
And there came a fire out from before YHWH, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering. (Lev 9:24 KJV)
If you read this in context, what you will see is that Israel was accepted by YHWH and the Aaronic ministry and priesthood was accepted by YHWH on the eighth day.
Cleansing of lepers has to do with the completion on the eighth day as well. The lepers, after they go through the initial ritual cleansing, go into the camp for seven days. I would suggest going into the camp is similar to the spiritual city of YHWH. That spiritual city that comes down out of heaven eventually, and we will talk about that. The cleansing of the leper when he goes into the camp during those seven days is significant. What happens on the eighth day?
And he shall bring them on the eighth day for his cleansing unto the priest, unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, before YHWH. (Lev 14:23 KJV)
The cleansing is complete, it’s a new beginning. These are all examples of a new beginning on the eighth day. The leper is presented to YHWH and made clean as seen in Leviticus 14:10-23, on the eighth day.
Age of a sacrifice – we see scriptures in Exodus and Leviticus that have to do with the age of a sacrifice. The animals that were sacrificed had to stay with their mother or dam for the first seven days and on the eighth day you could offer it to YHWH.
Thou shalt not delay to offer the first of thy ripe fruits, and of thy liquors: the firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me. Likewise shalt thou do with thine oxen, and with thy sheep: seven days it shall be with his dam; on the eighth day thou shalt give it me.
(Exo 22:29-30 KJV)
The same thing is talked about with bullocks, sheep and goats when they are brought forth.
When a bullock, or a sheep, or a goat, is brought forth, then it shall be seven days under the dam; and from the eighth day and thenceforth it shall be accepted for an offering made by fire unto YHWH. (Lev 22:26-27 KJV)
Nazarite vow – consecration procedure has built into it its process and procedure the eighth day.
And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it. And on the eighth day he shall bring two turtles turtle doves, or two young pigeons, to the priest, to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:
(Num 6:9-10 KJV)
He will be accepted by YHWH as clean.
David’s eighth son from Jesse – new dynasty in Israel – if we take a different approach to how the number eight is used in the scriptures, and there are a number of these but there is an interesting one in Ezekiel chapter 43 that talks about seven steps from the outside to the outer courtyard and then eight steps up to the inner court. David is the eighth son from Jesse and that is representing a new dynasty that came to be in Israel.
Again, Jesse made seven of his sons to pass before Samuel. And Samuel said unto Jesse, YHWH hath not chosen these. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Are here all thy children? And he said, There remaineth yet the youngest, and, behold, he keepeth the sheep. And Samuel said unto Jesse, Send and fetch him: for we will not sit down till he come hither. (1Sa 16:10-11 KJV)
So there was an eighth and of course that was David and we see the eighth referenced in the lineage of David and how he became the start of a new dynasty in Israel.
With that bit of background and reminder, we’ve gone through this continuum of time periods. We started in the pre millennium and talked about that in Part Three of this series. We also looked at what I call in interface between the pre-millennium and the millennium. That period of time that was the transition period. We got to the millennium events and post millennium events in Part Four. None of these represent the Eighth Day on their own, or Shemini Atzaret on their own, but this time we are going to look beyond.
There is a solid vertical white line that separates the post millennium events from the rest of eternity. I’m suggesting that is what Shemini Atzaret is all about. The Eighth Day and YHWH’s plan of salvation and if you had one subtitle for that it probably be called A New Beginning. Truly there will be a New Beginning and it will be spiritual. The physical existence and universe is going to be left behind at this point. Let’s get into the scriptures that talk about this. As a place setter, in Part Four we ended up talking in Revelation chapter 20 and the events that are leading up to Shemini Atzaret or a new beginning.
New Heaven and New Earth – No more sea – Earth is 71% covered by water – Oceans control climate and weather – Prepared as a bride –– Revelation 21:1-4
Death, sorrow, pain abolished – 1 Corinthians 15:22-28
These events take place in Revelation 20, there were several main events that were highlighted and one of them was that the devil was thrown into the lake of fire. The Great White Throne Judgment occurred in Revelation 20 and the second death occurred in Revelation 20. I would suggest that as we go from Revelation 20 to 21 that the transition is being made to a different period of time and a new period of time because that’s how Revelation 21 starts out.
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth (physical universe added) were passed away;G3928=go away, perish and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from YHWH out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of YHWH is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and YHWH himself shall be with them, and be their Elohim. And YHWH shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
(Rev 21:1-4 KJV)
If you take away these four verses, look at what is going to happen, this is significant in the events that have taken place before this and up to this, this is a major New Heaven and a New Earth that are being talked about. There are some points to be made about this:
is that the physical first heaven and first earth were passed away. I added “the physical universe“. I believe that this is what this is talking about, the physical universe and we’ll see why as we move along. Let’s look at the word – passed away. The Greek word G3928 means go away or perish and we see this in several places. We see passed away in a very familiar scripture in Matthew 5.
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass G3928=go away, perish, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass G3928=same from the law, till all be fulfilled. as it is in Rev 21:1 (Mat 5:17-18 KJV)
During the covenants study we went into detail on this scripture, and if you aren’t familiar with it you may want to take a look at it in Parts Four and Five. It’s hard to jump into the middle of the covenants study so if you haven’t seen that study it may be something that would be useful for you to go take a look at. It’s a building block presentation so jumping into the middle of it is not as beneficial as starting from the beginning and going through the entire series.
In any case, this scripture in Matthew 5 is largely misunderstood by most and particularly mainstream Christianity. It says that I am not come to destroy but to fulfill. The key here is what is said in the first verse. I am not come to destroy the law or the prophets, but to fulfill. Most people that see this say he’s talking about the law and that the word prophets is a by-word.
But to destroy the law or the prophets is talking about all of the prophecies and the events that were foretold in the Old Testament in the law and the prophets foretelling the time that Yahushua would come to the earth. This isn’t talking about law itself, it’s talking about Yahushua coming. He didn’t come to destroy any of that; he’s come to fulfill it. Here is what’s interesting about this, For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. We have in Revelation 21 the fulfillment of this. What is happening here? Heaven and earth are passing. It says in verse 1 I saw a new heaven and a new earth for the first heaven and the first earth are passed away. I think you could conclude from this is One jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law but what should be included there is or the prophets in the context. This is talking about all the events that Yahushua would be fulfilling. He will have fulfilled all of the events once we get to this point in Revelation 21.
Heaven and earth will pass away meaning that all of the prophesied events that we were looking forward to have been completed by Yahushua when we get to this point yet in the future, at least 1,000 plus years away from where we are today.
The same word is used in Matthew 24.
Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, G3928=same till all these things be fulfilled. Heaven and earth shall pass away G3928=same, but my words shall not pass away G3928=same. (Mat 24:34-35 KJV)
In other words the physical heaven and earth are going to go away, but Yahushua’s words are not going to pass away. There is one more example of this in 1 Corinthians.
Therefore if any man be in Messiah, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of YHWH, who hath reconciled us to himself by Yahushua Messiah, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; (2Co 5:17-18 KJV)
Those that have been converted and have been baptized have been reconciled are already a new creature and old things are already passed away. We have left behind this physical world that we live in. We are sojourners here and no longer partakers of it. Today we are living with the vision of this coming and partaking of that vision in our lives as believers in Yahushua. Returning to the next item in the scripture in Revelation 21:1-4:
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away and there was no more sea. This is a particularly interesting one; the time comes when there are no more oceans on the earth. That is significant ramification to the total eco system of how the earth functions. Today the earth is about 71 percent covered by water and the water and evaporation cycle control the climate and the weather. If it wasn’t for the ocean the climates and weather cycle wouldn’t be what they are today. The fact that the oceans go away, let alone the food that it provides. The fact that the ocean is going to be gone shows us that there will be a total new eco system put into place. I would suggest that it will be a spiritual one.
No More Sea – When? Yahushua Returns – Beginning of Millennium – Oceans Exist –
A couple of presentations ago I had mentioned that there were three scriptures that I was going to go into that showed the water that flows from New Jerusalem and where it goes. These three different scriptures give us a different flavor. Each one of them, whether there is a sea or ocean or not and the first one is in Zechariah 14 is a familiar one. The oceans exist during this period of time, it’s clear that they do by the context of what we are about to read. The water flows from Jerusalem, and it goes two directions according to this scripture by going east to the Dead Sea, and west to the Mediterranean.
And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; (I describe this as a tear going east and west and then when the final event happens those mountains on the north go one way and the south side of the tear go the other.) and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and YHWH my Elohim shall come, and all the saints with thee. (Here is one of several of scriptures talking about Yahushua returning with his saints) And it shall come to pass in that day, that the light shall not be clear, nor dark: But it shall be one day which shall be known to YHWH, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea,(Which means the Dead Sea) and half of them toward the hinder sea: (Which is the Mediterranean Sea) in summer and in winter shall it be. And YHWH shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Elohim, and his name one. (Zec 14:4-9 KJV)
It clear that there are seas and oceans and one could argue that the Dead Sea isn’t really an ocean, it’s a body of water, but certainly the Mediterranean is a major body of water. The hinder sea that is talked about is a reference to that. Here the water goes both directions and this is the beginning part of the millennium when Yahushua comes back with his saints and puts down the governments of men. It’s also noteworthy that one day shall be known to YHWH not day nor night. But it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light. I suspect this to be a reference to a one day event, when it says it shall be one day that this is going to happen. During the millennium it seems to me in context that there will be sun and moon still because it’s not until after the millennium that we see that they seem to be taken away. There seems to be a day or so here that there is a period of time when there is only light and I suspect this is what it’s talking about. We will get back to that thought later because there becomes a time in the New Jerusalem, the Holy Jerusalem, when there is only light, and no more night. The sun and moon are taken away.
The second example of the oceans existing we find in Ezekiel. What is interesting about the next scripture is that it appears the water only flows east in this scripture and it doesn’t say anything about it flowing west. Maybe it does and it’s not written.
Afterward he brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the house, at the south side of the altar…. (He’s talking very specifically where the waters come from) Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed…..And it shall come to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.
(Eze 47:1, 8, 10 KJV)
Here is a reference to the great sea, meaning the Mediterranean in context. But the waters only go to the east apparently and Ezekiel is very specific about this. When Yahushua returns it appears the waters go both directions, Ezekiel’s description is that the water only goes to the east. I suspect that the event in Zechariah 14, where the valley is split, creates a new path for the water to get to the sea and we looked at in Part Four in the Valley of Shittum.
Continuing on in Ezekiel the borders of the land that Ezekiel describes are associated with the east sea and the great sea. We know there are still oceans and large bodies of water at this point in time.
And the east side ye shall measure from Hauran, and from Damascus, and from Gilead, and from the land of Israel by Jordan, from the border unto the east sea. And this is the east side. And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And this is the south side southward. The west side also shall be the great sea from the border, till a man come over against Hamath. This is the west side. (Eze 47:18-20 KJV)
In the description of the territory boundaries it’s mentioning the oceans or seas, and I suspect it’s one in the same from the context of what’s being talked about. This is interesting that at this point in time there certainly appears to be oceans. However, when we get to Revelation 21, when all things are made new and there is a New Jerusalem, a Holy City, there is no more death, and that there are no more seas.
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; G3928=perish and there was no more sea….And YHWH shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. G565=go off, depart, go away, behind (Rev 21:1-4 KJV)
This is certainly after the return of Yahushua. Also if we skip down a few verses in Revelation 21:22, There is no more Temple
And I saw no temple therein: for YHWH Elohim Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. (Rev 21:22 KJV)
This would seem to be after the scriptures in Ezekiel chronologically. This period of time all of what we previously knew about of seas, oceans and Temples – that has all been left behind. There is a new order in the heavenly universe because all things have become spiritual.
The next item in Revelation 21:4 talks about what John saw.
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from YHWH out of heaven this is a New Holy City, New Jerusalem coming down from YHWH out of heaven prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. I want to examine this because I think sometimes the terminology gets confused. The first item is that the New Jerusalem comes prepared as a bride. You might think, and some people have concluded from this that there may be some kind of a bridal ceremony. The King James and the RSV translates prepared as a bride but I would argue that this is a figurative reference to its beauty, splendor, and glory. Several other translations give a comparison prepared like a bride, or made ready as a bride as the KJV3 or the Literal Translation says. What is being shown is that there is a new city coming down and this is how it looks. This is beautiful, full of splendor and glory. I think there is another implication about the bride of the Lamb, but keep in mind the context of all of these scriptures. What does John 14 say? I suspect John 14 is talking about this New Heavenly Jerusalem.
Many Mansions In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. (Joh 14:2-4 KJV)
There are many compartments, many places to live in this New Heavenly Jerusalem. We haven’t examined the size of it but it appears the size of it according to the measurements it seems to be something like 1500 miles cubic. Perhaps it’s a pyramid shape, but it’s a huge New Holy Jerusalem coming down and it certainly would have room for many occupants. The other part of this is that it compares it to a bride. The bride is the lamb’s wife and we know that from several different scriptures and I think you have to take this figuratively or symbolically. This is what it says in Revelation 21:9-10.
And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife. (I would insert, this is saying I am going to show you the bride where she lives and the next verse is key) And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from YHWH, (Rev 21:9-10 KJV)
It’s like he carried me to this high mountain and is showing me that great city. He told me he is going to show me the bride, the lamb’s wife. I am showing you the bride, the lamb’s wife in that Holy Jerusalem descending out of heaven. This takes on a bit of a different connotation when you think of it like that. Again, back up to the previous chapter 20 and what happened? Satan was cast into the lake of fire, there was a great judgment and there was a second death. There were several other things but those are three of the big items that happened in chapter 20. After the judgment, what happened? People were cast into the lake of fire and burned up but there were people that were left. There were many people that will be part of eternal life as a result of that judgment. Where are they? They are probably on the earth but where are the saints that were part of the first resurrection over one thousand years previous? They are with Yahushua in this heavenly Jerusalem that is coming down.
The saints are with Yahushua and I suspect what this is pointing at is not only is she beautiful as a bride, but the bride that was part of the first resurrection, those saints that were with Yahushua that were resurrected to be with him when he first returned at the beginning of the millennium, that is where they are. If you think about it in this context, Holy Jerusalem is coming down and I think you will see that YHWH is going to be with men. There are people now that have gone through the Great White Throne Judgment and they are the ones that made the cut. You are either in or you are out. After the Great White Throne Judgment there aren’t any more opportunities, you are either in or out. That part of YHWH’s plan is done and complete.
When we think of this from that perspective, it adds a new dimension to what’s being talked about. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from YHWH. He said I’m going to show you the bride, the lamb’s wife. That’s the reason I said ‘where she lives’ I suspect that is the connotation, certainly, it’s my opinion on this by adding ‘where she lives’. I want to be clear, it does not say that in the scripture, but it seems to insinuate it after I parsed it out.
There is one comment that I want to make about this though, and it’s easy to lose track of what our real relationship is with YHWH. That relationship is as sons of YHWH. That is the literal relationship that we have. There are a number of scriptures that show us that. Here are a few for review. Just the previous verse to where we are in Revelation 21:9-10, look at what verse 7 says:
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his Elohim, and he shall be my son. (Rev 21:7 KJV)
These words are spoken by Yahushua; he is speaking in this verse. The people that have overcome will inherit all shall inherit all things; and I will be his Elohim, and he shall be my son.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of YHWH, they are the sons of YHWH.
(Rom 8:14 KJV)
This is our literal relationship.
And because ye are sons, YHWH hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. (Gal 4:6 KJV)
That is who we call, we cry Father.
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of YHWH: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of YHWH, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. (1Jn 3:1-2 KJV)
The first four verses of Revelation 21 are packed. Here is the verse again.
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away;G3928=go away, perish and there was no more sea.
It also says in the section in Revelation 21, that death sorrow and pain are abolished. That is an amazing period of time that we can look forward to. It reminds me of what it says in 1 Corinthians 15, and they are significant.
For as in Adam all die, even so in Messiah shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Messiah the firstfruits; afterward they that are Messiah’s at his coming. (We have the order, Messiah first and afterward those that are Messiah’s at his coming, at the beginning of the Millennium.) This next verse jumps ahead over a thousand years. You have to conclude by reading it in context again. Then cometh the end, G5056=set out for a point or goal, point aimed at as the limit, conclusion (Messiah brings his saints with him at his first coming and then at some period of time later, and I would argue that it is a thousand years (or over) later. This is the beginning of the Millennium and jumping forward to this Shemini Atzaret, Eighth Day, the end comes.) when he shall have delivered up G3860=surrender, yield up, entrust the kingdom to YHWH, even the Father; when he (Yahushua) shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
That doesn’t happen until this period of time, in the previous chapter there was a judgment and Satan was still on the scene. The end couldn’t come until all of that was complete. That is why Matthew 5:17 is so significant. Not one jot or one tittle will pass the law or the prophets until all these things come to pass. Heaven and earth shall not pass until this happens. Well, heaven and earth are passing now. All of this is happening, Yahushua is completing his assignment and when we go on in the rest of this set of verses there are a lot of pronouns “he” in here. This is another one of those cases and I don’t know if you have thought about whom the “he” is, as we go through this, but he swaps back and forth between YHWH and Yahushua. I’ve taken a close examination of this and I think I have it right. You have to decide for yourself if the “he” is talking about YHWH or Yahushua.
Then comes the end when he (Yahushua) shall have delivered up the kingdom to YHWH, even the Father; when he (Yahushua) shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he (Yahushua) must reign, till he (Yahushua) hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. For he (YHWH) hath put all things under his (Yahushua) feet. But when he (YHWH) saith all things are put under him, (Yahushua) it is manifest that he (YHWH) is excepted, which did put all things under him (Yahushua). And when all things shall be subdued unto him, (Yahushua) then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him (YHWH) that put all things under him (Yahushua), that YHWH may be all in all. (1Co 15:22-28 KJV)
You have to take a look at this on your own and see if this is rightly divided or not. It’s an interesting scripture thanks to Paul for the beauty of how he put that scripture together. Of interest, in the middle of this is says that he put all enemies under his feet. Paul is actually quoting Psalm 110, or at least the first couple of verses in somewhat of an oblique way. What does Psalm 110 say?
A Psalm of David. YHWH said unto my Master, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. YHWH shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. YHWH hath sworn, and will not repent; Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek. YHWH at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath. He shall judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound the heads over many countries. (Psa 110:1-6 KJV)
The first couple of sentences of this are the key Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. If your enemies are you footstool where are they? They are under your feet, and I think that is what Paul is referencing. There is another scripture about putting your enemies under your feet, and I think it may be is Psalms 8, but I think that’s talking more about the saints. In any case it’s an interesting sidelight that is embedded in 1 Corinthians 15.
Everything made new – Water of life as we go on in Revelation 21:
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new G2537=kaheenos=new in freshness. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. (Rev 21:5 KJV)
All things new, and the Greek word ‘new’ is kaheenos and that is in contrast to nehos . We have looked at these in terms of if we have a renewed covenant and of course we have a brand new covenant under Yahushua. The word kaheenos means new in freshness. He is going to make all things new in freshness, not a re-new or relative to age or regeneration. It’s new in freshness.
The water of life is mentioned in the following verse so we go on to verse 6.
And he said unto me, It is done. 2nd completion I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
(Rev 21:6 KJV)
This is the second completion of It is done; the first completion was in Revelation 16 at the Armageddon events during the pre-millennial period of time. We covered that in Part Three of this series. I said there were two completion events, the first one we mentioned in Revelation 16, and this is the second one.
Remember the tagline for the presentation series, If any man thirst let him come to me and drink – John 7:37. Yahushua said that at the Feast of Tabernacles back in what was likely 29 CE. If any man thirst let him come to me and drink, here is the completion of this. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. We know from John 7:37-38 that this water that is talked about, that we will be full of the water of life from Yahushua is a reference to the Spirit that was given later at Pentecost. Here is the free flowing Spirit of YHWH flowing freely. The water and the Spirit are compared here and are contrasted as an analogy.
Everything being made new has some significant scientific contribution to what is being talked about. Think about all things made new means. If we are moving from a physical to a spiritual realm, all things made new takes on what happens to atomic and molecular structure. They become obsolete. This physical world and universe that we live in and has been originally created in Genesis 1 becomes obsolete. I use the word entropy and entropy is the running down of the systems, the second law of thermodynamics. The heat has gone out of the system and everything has run its full course. There isn’t a need any longer for atomic and molecular structure.
Quantum mechanics as we would know it, how matter behaves will be eliminated, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, gravity, electricity, laws of pressure and all the different laws that we have in place now will be gone. Einstein’s famous equation and “theory” but I think it has been proven to be how the universe operates of relativity is no longer going be an equal equation. The equation E=MC2 means that energy today is equal to the mass of something times the speed of light squared. Effectively what that shows us is that energy and mass are the same, just in different states of existence. That isn’t going to be the case; the speed of light isn’t going to matter anymore because it will be a spiritual realm. Time is of no consideration in the spiritual realm, time and space will no longer have boundaries. We won’t be making timelines of things and have project plans with due dates and so forth. It will be in a spiritual realm.
YHWH’s throne is going to be part of this final makeup of the New Heavens and New Earth. It would appear that the Holy Jerusalem that comes down is where Yahushua and YHWH and all the saints are going to live. There are several scriptures that are fascinating to look at about what YHWH’s throne is all about. You can look up Exodus 24:10, Isaiah 6:1-4, and Revelation 21:11, 18 to get a glimpse. The one that I like the best is in Ezekiel chapter 1:4-28 which is nearly the whole chapter, but the one that I want to use is the description in Revelation 4 about some of the attributes of YHWH’s throne.
And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of YHWH. And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle. And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, YHWH El Shaddai, which was, and is, and is to come.
(Rev 4:2-8 KJV)
Were you thinking of this as I was reading it and trying to put an image to this? The sea of glass is also referenced in Exodus chapter 24. It’s a glimpse of YHWH’s throne from the standpoint in Revelation. It gives us the idea that YHWH’s throne is grand and glorious and holy.
Going on in the next verses in Revelation 21 that talks about a great and holy city- no Temple
And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from YHWH, Having the glory of YHWH: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; (Rev 21:10-11 KJV)
Here is more of a description of YHWH’s throne and what it looks like.
And I saw no temple therein: for YHWH Elohim Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. (Rev 21:22 KJV)
It would seem that this is their heavenly throne; there is no Temple in this New Heaven and New Earth, this new beginning. This is a great and holy city. We will see that this is the time that the city is illuminated by Yahushua. Jumping all the way back to Genesis, the first couple of pages of the scripture, YHWH said:
And YHWH said, Let there be light: and there was light. And YHWH saw the light, that it was good: and YHWH divided the light from the darkness. (Gen 1:3-4 KJV)
In the beginning, back in Genesis 1 the physical universe that was created, there was light and YHWH divided the light from the dark. If you read the rest of that description you will see that he created the moon and sun. They are bodies that he created to be in place in the universe so astronomically there would be things spinning and revolving and rotating around one another that would cause light and darkness. It would appear that’s all going to go away because look what it says in Revelation 21:23.
And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of Elohim did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. (Rev 21:23 KJV)
It doesn’t specifically say that the sun and moon are gone but certainly it says there is no need of the sun neither of the moon to shine in it. This would seem to insinuate that the time, the calendar, is no more. However, there is still time mentioned. I think we will no longer have an astronomical calendar system with sun and moon. There will be a new calendar system established but I don’t know what that would be, it is referenced in a couple of verses from here. I will show you that.
Yahushua says, back in this Feast of Tabernacles and Eighth Day in 29 CE Yahushua says that “I am the light” in John chapter 8.
Then spake Yahushua again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. (Joh 8:12 KJV)
We talked about him being the water and the source of the water, and now he is saying he is the light of the world. he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Remember in the previous chapter Revelation chapter 20, there was a great judgment so there were people that were not thrown into the lake of fire. The people that didn’t suffer the second death, and there were probably billions of people that will be part of YHWH’s ongoing eternity and kingdom. Well, where are they? They are probably on the earth at this point. They are seeing this huge holy city coming down to the earth and likely with the saints of the first resurrection with YHWH and Yahushua. In Revelation 21:24 it starts by saying:
And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. (Rev 21:24-26 KJV)
And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it, I suspect those that are saved are the ones that were saved out of the Great Judgment that just occurred in the previous chapter. It’s talking about all races and tribes, specifically non-Jewish. And the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. This new heavenly holy Jerusalem is on the earth at this time or perhaps it’s sitting just above it, I don’t know. The kings of the earth, those Gentile nations as this is talked about, they bring glory and honor into this holy city. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there, again this is reference to the calendar, it looks like it’s always going to be daytime there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. They being those that are saved shall bring the glory and honor of the nations, the ethnos group, into it. It looks to me like this is a reference to those that have “made the cut”. They have not suffered the second death and are part of the eternal universe. They are part of Shemini Atzaret.
The Throne of YHWH resides in this Holy City Jerusalem – Revelation 22:1-3 – We go to the next chapter, and of course the chapter breaks and the verses are inserted by man. The scripture is continuous, it’s a scroll, it originally would not have had numbers and chapter breaks and so forth. We are just continuing on, but it does start from our cataloguing system, our librarian system and it’s called Revelation 22.
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of YHWH and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: new calendar system and the leaves of the tree were for the healing G2322=therapeia=medical attendance, cure of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of YHWH and of the Lamb shall be in it; Jerusalem and his servants shall serve him:
(Rev 22:1-3 KJV)
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of YHWH and of the Lamb. Here is that water that is flowing out. Where does it flow? There is no more sea. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: Making a couple of comments: Yielding her fruits every month is a reference to a calendar system isn’t it? It must be some type of new accounting, but it certainly is talking about time. and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. The word healing is an interesting Greek word therapeia, and it means medical attendance or medical cure of the nations, keep the nations healthy. It goes on to say And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of YHWH and of the Lamb shall be in it; meaning Holy Jerusalem. and his servants shall serve him
Pure living water originates from YHWH’s Throne (YHWH’s Spirit) John 7:38-39 – Notice in John chapter 7 that this is one of our anchor scriptures:
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Spirit was not yet given; because that Yahushua was not yet glorified.) (Joh 7:38-39 KJV)
It’s easy for me to see that this river that’s flowing is pure Spirit. This is YHWH’s Spirit flowing out from Jerusalem. On either side of the river was the tree of life. That is what YHWH’s Spirit provides. It’s the tree of life that he is providing us even today as we speak, for those that have been called out of this world’s way.
Again, there is No more darkness Revelation 22:5-7
And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of YHWH and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him (Rev 22:3 KJV)
And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for YHWH Elohim giveth them light: and they His servants vs 3 shall reign for ever and ever. G165=aion, an age, perpetuity, eternal (twice) And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and YHWH Elohim of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth G5083=guard, keep eye upon, watch, hold fast the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
(Rev 22:5-7 KJV)
I have made the comment about forever and ever before and in the Greek the word ever is aion and it means an age, perpetuity, eternal, what ‘s interesting is that it is eternal twice. There are scriptures in Isaiah that it says the same thing twice. He will reign forever, forever.
Revelation 22:7 is really an amazing scripture. Blessed is he who keeps the prophecy of this book. ‘Keeps’ in the Greek means guard, keep eye upon, watch, hold fast. That same thing was said, the same word keep was used, and fundamentally the same context was included earlier in Revelation. In fact in chapter 1 look what it says:
Blessed G3107= supremely blessed, fortunate is he that readeth G314=lmpw again, and they that hear G191=understand the words of this prophecy, and keep G5083=guard, keep eye upon, watch those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand (Rev 1:3 KJV)
Let’s magnify that up a little bit. Blessed is he – the word blessed is G3107 and it means supremely blessed, fortunate. Do you feel supremely blessed and fortunate that you can read this book and hear and understand it and the things that are written? The time is at hand, look what it’s telling us. Blessed is he that reads it. Blessed is he that hears and understands it. Blessed is he that keeps those things that are written therein, or guards them or watches them. This is the only place I know of in the scripture that it tells you that you are supremely blessed if you read, understand and guard the words of this book. Of course reading in the scripture is a blessing no matter where you are reading.
Master Plan of Salvation is complete with these events, after this we have forever – No End – For Ever
David’s declaration – an everlasting kingdom and actually if you search you will find that the terminology “everlasting kingdom” as it relates to this period of time and is in four places.
All thy works shall praise thee, O YHWH; and thy saints shall bless thee. They shall speak of the glory of thy kingdom, and talk of thy power; (That is what we are doing, speaking of his kingdom and talking of his power) To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of his kingdom. Thy kingdom H4438=dominion, reign is an everlasting kingdom, and thy dominion H4475=rule, government endureth throughout all generations. (Psa 145:10-13 KJV)
The word kingdom of course means dominion or reign, and the Hebrew for everlasting kingdom is interesting: In the Greek we talked about it being aion or eon, but in the Hebrew everlasting is H5769 and it means concealed, the vanishing point, time out of mind. When I saw that I asked, how is that everlasting?
What came to my mind was when I was a kid and perhaps most kids, I don’t know about kids today, but I remember when I would be out in the back yard at night, sometimes I could sleep all night out there and look up at the stars or my parents would take me camping. I would be out at night and look up into the stars and see all the glitter of the heavens and the beauty and the magnificence of it all, from horizon to horizon if you didn’t have any lights anywhere. I remember contemplating this as a kid and would ask myself, I wonder how far it is out there. I would be looking up and seeing all of the stars and would think that you could go out to the farthest star and then wonder if it went beyond that or if there was some kind of barrier out there. You get so far out and then all of a sudden there is a barrier, so then I would ask what the barrier was made of. I would wonder how far that went, and what is beyond that?
All of that thought process reminds me of how eternity is sealed. You can’t wrap your brain around it, there is a vanishing point. It’s like time out of mind and that is exactly what the Hebrew means when you look at what everlasting means. It’s something like when a computer operates and it gets to a point where it can’t comprehend or read the hard drive, it gets a data check. That is what happens to my brain, it gets a data check when I try to think about where and how far is eternity, and how far does it go? It’s a time out of mind, a vanishing point, and fundamentally it’s concealed from our understanding. That is what everlasting means. The word Kingdom = H4337 Chaldean H4438 and it means dominion, rule, and reign. It has different Strongs numbers depending upon if it is in Hebrew or Chaldean.
The next declaration in fact was written in Chaldean and it was written by Nebuchadnezzar. I don’t know how many people know that Nebuchadnezzar was perhaps the only Gentile king that wrote a chapter in the Bible. Nebuchadnezzar wrote Daniel chapter 4, certainly the first third of Daniel and the last third are written in the first person singular by Nebuchadnezzar. He says in the first few verses:
Nebuchadnezzar the king, unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you. I thought it good to shew the signs and wonders that the high Eloah hath wrought toward me. How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation. (Dan 4:1-3 KJV)
Can you imagine Nebuchadnezzar saying Peace be multiplied unto you? It would appear that Nebuchadnezzar got it, particularly after he had to spend seven years eating grass in the field. Nebuchadnezzar talks about YHWH‘s kingdom being everlasting. Daniel also mentions this.
And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. Hitherto is the end of the matter. As for me Daniel, my cogitations much troubled me, and my countenance changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart. (Dan 7:27-28 KJV)
Daniel was troubled at all of the things that he saw and was prophetically shown. I think I would have to say my cogitations trouble me too these days. The events that are happening before our very eyes, the destruction of the country that we live in from the inside out seem to be occurring. Peter made a declaration about an everlasting kingdom also.
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and holiness, G2150=piety, the gospel scheme through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience holiness G2150=same; And to holiness G2150=same brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Master Yahushua Messiah. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Master and Savior Yahushua Messiah. (2Pe 1:3-11 KJV)
An entrance is going to be ministered unto us abundantly into the everlasting kingdom. What a statement. The angles are going to be cheering for joy, the other saints that are there are also going to be cheering for joy, what a moment that is going to be to enter into his everlasting kingdom. Luke makes a declaration also:
And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Yahushua. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the YHWH Eloah shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever G165=aion=an age, perpetually eternal; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. (Luk 1:31-33 KJV)
Forever is the Greek and it means aion which means age, perpetuity, and eternal. I thought to look it up in a dictionary; the word aion is fundamentally the English word for eon. The word eon in the dictionary means an indefinite or very long period of time, commonly described and it’s usage description is that it’s a really, really, super-long, impossible-to-measure length of time. That is what an eon is and that is what forever is and what our destiny is. Paul’s declaration of forever says:
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Messiah Yahushua came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Yahushua Mashie might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting. Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise Elohim, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. (1Ti 1:15-17 KJV)
I need to put my name there where it says “of whom I am chief”. Yahushua’s declaration:
I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever G165=same: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. (Joh 6:51 KJV)
In Hebrews chapter 1, the author of Hebrews which is anonymous, I lean to it being Paul but it certainly isn’t specified. The author in chapter 1 says:
But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O YHWH, is for ever and ever: G165=aion=an age, perpetuity, eternal (twice) a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre G4464=rod of royalty of thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore YHWH, even thy Elohim, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. (Heb 1:8-9 KJV)
I’ve read that a number of times and really didn’t get my arms totally around it, but your throne is forever and notice that it’s twice. We translate that forever and ever, but it’s forever. The second eternal is for emphasis. If you look you will see that it is a quote from Psalm 45, the sons of Korah are making this declaration also.
Thy throne, O YHWH, is for ever G165=aion=an age, perpetuity, eternal (twice) and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a sceptre of righteousness. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity: therefore YHWH, thy Elohim, has anointed thee with the oil of gladness beyond thy fellows. (Psa 45:6-7 Brenton)
This from the Brenton Septuagint is nearly word for word translation. If you look at this in the Masoretic Text it’s close, but it’s another one of these many examples that the Septuagint was clearly that what was being quoted. Any place you want to find a quote out of the New Testament the quote follows the translation of the Septuagint. It is generally closer and sometimes much closer than the common Masoretic Text that we generally have in our scriptures today. Going on in Hebrews chapter 1, it is a continuation of where we were.
And, Thou, YHWH, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. (Heb 1:10-12 KJV)
Here is a reference to the Eighth Day. The old way is going to perish as an old garment and as a vesture YHWH is going to fold them up. The whole environment, the order of the universe is going to be changed into a New Heaven and a New Earth. Interestingly enough, this is quoted out of Psalms 102. Psalms 102 doesn’t have an author, it’s anonymous, I’m not sure if it is even commonly debated about who might have written it. It is thought of as an anonymous Psalm.
In the beginning thou, O YHWH, didst lay the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands. They shall perish, but thou remainest: and they all shall wax old as a garment; and as a vesture shalt thou fold them, and they shall be changed. But thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. (Psa 102:25-27 Brenton)
Hebrews gives us an inside into forever as well as the transition period of when forever starts.
Master Plan of Salvation is complete – Tree of Life In the Beginning
And YHWH planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. And out of the ground made YHWH Elohim to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge H1847=wittingly aware (full knowledge and deliberation) of good and evil. But of the tree of the knowledge H1847=same of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. (Gen 2:8-9, 17 KJV)
This first set of trees that we see here, the one that’s pleasant, the other tree of life and the knowledge of good and evil, I used to think about them and starting to understand what this is getting at. The tree of knowledge of good and evil is what man thinks is good. He wants to decide things for himself. That is exactly the problem. The tree that is full of knowledge and deliberation. It is wittingly aware and we disregarded YHWH’s opinion in the entire process of taking on that tree and the philosophy in life. We want to live by faith, by the tree of life. That’s what the tree of life is. The tree of life is what we started with in the beginning but we didn’t choose it, Adam and Eve didn’t choose it. Mankind hasn’t chosen the tree of life, but has chosen the tree of knowledge and the deliberation of good and evil and the end result is that we are all going to die except he that overcomes.
He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the assemblies; To him that overcometh G3528=subdues, prevail, get the victory will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of YHWH. (Rev 2:7 KJV)
By Yahushua’s blood we have the opportunity, the ability through his grace and mercy to eat of the tree of life. It’s noteworthy that that’s how the message is to the seven assemblies in Revelation chapters 2 and 3 starts He that has an ear let him hear. We are going to eat of the tree of life assuming we overcome. We have to prevail and get the victory.
That which starts in the beginning of the tree of life, man rejects, YHWH put a plan into place that master plan of salvation that Yahushua has now fulfilled in all the jots and tittles of the detail. In the end the plan of salvation is complete.
In the end
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of YHWH and of the Lamb. (YHWH’s Spirit, a pure river of water of life) In the midst of the street of it (Holy Jerusalem), and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: (another reference to some kind of calendar) and the leaves of the tree were for the healing (therapiah= medical cure) of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of YHWH and of the Lamb shall be in it; (in Holy Jerusalem) and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. (You have to decide what name is going to be in your forehead, I know what name is going to be in mine) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right G1849=privilege, capacity, competency to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. (Rev 22:1-4, 14 KJV)
Again this is a reference to those who have overcome at the final judgment; they have right to the tree of life and can enter into the gates of the city, the first resurrection that have been with Yahushua for a thousand years and are in the city. This includes all that overcome and all that will be made into eternal spirit and beings for everlasting forever more.
Do Your own Homework
There is plenty of opportunity for homework here. Apply Acts 17:11, and I see a lot in this presentation that calls for rightly dividing the word of truth. In the past I’ve talked about making a straight cut. It’s all too easy to measure it with a micrometer, mark it with chalk and cut it with a chainsaw and end up with a jagged cut. None of this material should end up with a jagged edge; we should have very precise cuts into the scriptures that we are seeing. Remember what was said in the first chapter of Revelation. Blessed is he who reads and understands and holds to this book, holds to what is being said here. Make a right straight cut.
Prove G1381=test, discern, examine all things; hold fast that which is good. (1Thess 5:21 KJV)
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched G350=scrutinize, examine the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. (Act 17:11 KJV)
For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Master; walk as children of light: for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth; proving G1381=test, examine what is acceptable G2101=fully agreeable, well pleasing unto the Master.
(Eph 5:8-10 KJV)
Study to shew thyself approved unto YHWH, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing G3718=make a straight cut the word of truth. (2Tim 2:15 KJV)
We have gone through a significant amount of time, well over a thousand years, maybe eleven or twelve hundred years, after the Millennium is complete I am unsure of the timing. Is there another hundred years or a few years, I don’t know. We have certainly gone well over a thousand years including the time before the Millennium, the transition, and the Millennium itself, the thousand years. The events that happen after the Millennium, and now Shemini Atzaret, the Eighth Day starting with Eternity, a New World Order, A New Heaven and a New Earth. May YHWH bless you and keep you. May His Spirit dwell in you richly and may these presentations be beneficial to everyone and may we all be servants of YHWH through Yahushua and through his mercy and grace.
